Jeffrey Fanto

Jeff is the Executive Director of the Emerald Coast Military Affairs Council. Professionally, he is President of Economic Development Services LLC, a Service- Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, with primary focus on partnerships, planning, energy and economic development. A retired Air Force officer and civil servant, he has over 31 years combined experience in the Federal sector, along with extensive experience in state/local government and non-profit organizations. Statewide, Jeff is a member of the Florida Defense Alliance. Locally, he serves as Vice Chairman of the Okaloosa County Infrastructure Surtax Advisory Committee, board member of the Eglin Air Force Association Education Foundation and community co-chair for the Military Installations Resiliency Review Implementation Work Group through the Tri-County Community Partnership Initiative.
